Strum Class – for age 12-adults (younger students can enroll with a parent!) 

Beginning and intermediate guitar and ukulele students will learn basic chord progressions and strum patterns.  Repertoire includes folk songs and contemporary music, and students will be encouraged to sing along. Students can enroll individually, or together with a family member of the same household. Performance opportunities are optional. Materials fees are billed separately.

Ukulele recommended for students age 9 and under. Parents and children who learn the same instrument simultaneously are likely to progress faster (ie: both parent and child learn ukulele together).

This class may be split into 2 classes (beginning & intermediate) pending student enrollment.

FIXED MONTHLY TUITION: $90 ($45 for each additional family member – to enroll, contact the office for a separate registration link)

2026–2027 FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE: $40 to be billed separately, for classes September 2026 – August 2027

The Bobbi Rupp Memorial Senior Scholarship is granted to all students age 65+, no application required.
