Students taking In-Person Private Lessons on campus may request occasional online lessons to accommodate illness, health concerns, and pre-planned travel. Teachers may or may not honor those requests, depending on the amount of notice received. Requesting online lessons for last-minute student transportation issues is discouraged and may not be honored.

Private Lesson teachers may offer online lessons to their In-Person Private Lesson students in lieu of a teacher absence or as a make-up lesson. If parents decline the online lesson, they may be offered a credit instead.

Regularly scheduled Online Lessons are to be held at their agreed-upon day and time. Lessons may not be rescheduled to accommodate student absences.
